Positive: Great location in Bassano, close to the town with plenty of amenities nearby. The staff were helpful and always available when needed. The hotel was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. A lovely stay overall — I will definitely be coming back.

Negative: Breakfast could be better - didn’t like how eggs were made and more options should be provided.

Positive: Enjoyed the room and value for money

Negative: Staff, especially at breakfast location, was kinda "not so happy to be working early in the morning" altho i was past 7am. Additionally, not much option for breakfast. Apart from that, cleaning looks fine at first sight, but radiators haven't probably been cleaned for years. Really sorry there was no gym or facilitates like that and that the restaurant was closed Sun evening
